I would highly recommend living at the Promenade. The apartments are well maintained and ready upon move-in. They have luxury finishes and GE appliances. The amenities are top notch and in working order, club house is available after office hours as well. The application process was efficient and convenient and offer many variations in floor plans that are way more unique than the average matchbox apartments these days.

Overall I like living here. Office Staff is very helpful

Great overall community with nice floor plans and flats. Standing is good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Well located: near the lake and tram (to airport and city center). Great geographical location in the metroplex.

Promenade at las colinas is a beautiful place to live the management team is awesome they work with you and , this is a place you can call home & truly feel at home its peaceful and the neighborhood is nice and so are the neighbors.

I love this community. Before living here I said I wanted to live here because I saw the gym, new place etc. overall I am happy.

The apartments are well maintained and perfectly located. They offer great floor plans and modern technology throughout the building. I especially love the leasing staff I worked with.

We are coming up to a year at the Promenade and for the most part have enjoyed our time here. We are part of a great community, making some life long friends.The maintenance team have mostly always fixed all our request There was issues with the trash and parking, but they have worked hard to correct those issues.
